When meeting you while walking through
Time's better corridor
Knew instantly our providence
Was Love forever more
So snuck a glimpse through astral time
And stole a Muse's smile
Blew Emerald sands, walked cobblestones
And laughed a dreamer's mile
Our Tiger you 'd taught literally
To read our storied books
While kisses caught reality
As did your knowing looks
The night of our forgotten dawn
We'd sipped resplendent wine
Watched silent stars, heard whispered breaths
Speak Amethyst Divine
Yes sleepy hearts felt reaching out
Had touched us both awake
When warming silk fell easily
For passion's sudden ache
'Till pages ripped from fairytales
Then faltered silent screams
And just a breath of Poetry
Still haunts forever dreams
