As the tired waters

Ineffectual to tread

A keepsake
Yet regardless
Of how resorbent
The blackened silk
Hinged at my affectation,
May, or may not be
Irrespectively,
I remain for no one really
For I have, in effect, obsolesced
When, in a sense,
My own Love song
Became nothing less
Than an irresolvable silence
Nonetheless, still,
Has remained, with keeping
In accordance to,
The irrefutable acquiescence,
Which now, according to me,
Keeps what's considered still to be
The remaining part of me,
