Gone

Vacant eyes inside a blink
Stare nothingness away
Mindless thoughts think only naught
Not knowing what to say

Waking nightmares swallow sleep
In time to be withdrawn
As even still I'm wide awake
Whenever I am gone

Every moment’s made to feel
When contemplating space
Barely do I notice tho’
When tears fall down my face

I’m caught between our distant worlds
Both in and out of me
Day is here, when night is there
Yet you are all I see.
